you just have to follow the following steps:
I order online
1. You can order on your smartphone, tablet and computer.
2. We will contact you per phone or e-mail within 48 hours to settle a pick-up date.
I go to the shop
3. Then, you go to the shop on the pick-up date with you order confirmation.
4. The payment is to be made on the point of sale (we do not accept checks / credit cards are accepted over 1 euro amount)
5. Pick up your order and enjoy!
Those General terms and Conditions of Sale apply to every online orders placed on the website www.bretzels-colmar.fr.
Those General terms and Conditions of Sales apply to every online orders, of one or more products, placed by a Client on the website bretzels-colmar.fr.
The online ordering service on the website bretzels-colmar.fr is limited to clients overs 15 years old on the date of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the General terms and Conditions of Sales at any time. In this case, the GCS to be applied are those in effect at the date of validation of the order by the Client. These general terms and conditions of sale prevail over any other conditions present in any other document which has not been expressly agreed by Les Fameuses Bretzels.
Acceptance of General Terms and Condtions of Sale
The customer declares to have acknowledged and accepted the present general terms of sale before placing his order. Placement of an order by the customer, confirms his full and entire acceptance of the general terms of sale.
Products
Products sold by Les Fameuses Bretzels and chosen by the customer are those that are illustrated on bretzels-colmar.fr on the day of the order, while stocks last.
All products showcased for sale by can by modify or removed without notice. The photographs and visuals on the website are not binding.
Account creation
To place an order, the customer must create an account.
Upon registration, the customer has to choose a username and a password.
The customer must keep all those information strictly confidential and shall not disclose them to a third party in order to avoid the risk of unnecessary intrusion on personal privacy and unwanted orders.
Les Fameuses Bretzels cannot be held responsible for the usage of the account by an unauthorized third party.
Upon registration, the customer will be asked to provide some personal information including family name, first name, telephone number and e-mail address.
Order process
By surfing on the website bretzels-colmar.fr, the client can carry out the following:
- Sign in or log into the account with his username and password.
- Select products to create a shopping cart,
- Check and place the order
Les Fameuses Bretzels will then send to the client’s e-mail address a confirmation of the order placed on the website bretzels-colmar.fr.
After that, Les Fameuses Bretzels will call the client or send an e-mail within 48 hours in order to set a pick-up date at the point of sale.
The validation of the order is worth awareness and acceptance as of these general terms and conditions of sale by the client. The client renounces recourse to any contradictory document, notably his or her own purchasing conditions.
The client must pick up his Fameuses Bretzels order at the date and hour set with LES FAMEUSES BRETZELS during the phone call or exchange of e-mails.
Prices
Prices on the website are inclusive of taxes in euros considering applicable VAT on the date of the order.
Les Fameuses Bretzels reserves the right to constantly modify the prices on the website and without notice, with the understanding that the prices shown on the website on the day of an order will be the only prices charged.
Payment methods
Orders placed on the website bretzels-colmar.fr are to be paid directly on the point of sale.
Cheques will not be accepted.
Credit cards are accepted over a 1 euro amount.
